Lovely food. Bit of a wait on a Friday but worth it.

Review removal

If it breaks Google's rules, we go after it.

We go through every single review on your profile and file a case on each one that breaks a Google policy. You pay £100 only when Google takes it down.

What we go after

Spam or fake
Never a customer
Competitor or ex staff
Harassment or slurs
Personal information
Impersonation
Wrong business
Extortion
Illegal content

Everything else gets answered

A genuine complaint gets a calm public reply that wins over the next customer reading it. That turns your worst review into proof you look after people.

Worst garage in town. Go to the place on the high street instead, they are much cheaper.

Does your review qualify for removal?

Five questions about the review that's bothering you. You get a straight first read, then you can send it to us.

Attacks and extortion

Ten one star reviews overnight, then a demand for money?

Don't pay and don't reply to them. Google runs a separate extortion report most owners have never heard of. We file it the same day, with the evidence laid out.

  1. Send us the profile link the moment it starts.
  2. We file Google's extortion report and flag each review.
  3. We post one calm public reply so new customers see it handled.

Questions owners ask

The awkward questions, answered.

How much does a removal cost?

£100 per review, and only when Google takes it down. If it stays up you pay nothing, and we never ask for money upfront.

Is this legal?

Yes. Reporting reviews that break Google's rules, answering reviews, and asking every real customer for one are all allowed. The DMCC Act bans fake reviews and hiding genuine ones, and we do neither.

Can you remove any bad review?

No. Only reviews that break one of Google's published policies. A genuine bad experience stays up, and we help you answer it well.

What if a removed review comes back?

We refile it free. You never pay twice for the same review.
