Dental practices and private clinics
Remove fake Google reviews from your dental practice or clinic
Patients choose a dentist, physio or aesthetics clinic on trust, and one false review can sit on your profile for years. We report reviews that break Google's rules and write replies that never reveal whether someone is a patient.
£100 per review, only when Google removes it. Nothing upfront, nothing if it stays. We reply by email within one working day.
The fake reviews we see most in your trade
Five fake reviews clinics see most.
Each can break a Google policy when the facts support it. You only ever tell us whether a name or date matches your system. We never need clinical notes.
Someone who was never a patient
Treatment you never gave, from a name with no record. We show Google, so you never have to say it in public.
Google policy: Fake engagementPatient details posted in public
Another patient's name, health details or contact details have no place in a review, whoever wrote it.
Google policy: Personal informationAbuse aimed at a named clinician
Insults, slurs or threats aimed at a named dentist, nurse or receptionist, even after a real visit.
Google policy: Harassment and hate speechA former colleague with a grudge
An ex employee or associate writing as if they were a patient is a conflict of interest.
Google policy: Conflict of interestSomeone posing as your staff
A review written as if by one of your own team, to make an attack look credible.
Google policy: ImpersonationNot sure about yours?
Run it through our free checker for a straight first read on whether it breaks a rule.
Check a reviewTwo examples, side by side
One review we would report. One we would answer, privately.
Both reviews below are made up to show how we decide. Names and details are examples, not real customers.
A genuine complaint
We are sorry to read this. We cannot discuss anyone's care or confirm who visits us in a public reply, but a long wait without an explanation is not the standard we set. Our practice manager would be glad to hear from you on the number on our profile.

Advice for dental practices and clinics
Reply to reviews without breaching patient privacy.
Clinics have less room to answer back than most businesses. These rules keep you safe on Google.
- Never confirm someone is a patient
Even "we have checked your notes" in a public reply confirms they are a patient. Keep every reply general and offer a private way to talk.
- Do not argue the clinical detail
However wrong a review is about treatment, a public reply is not the place to correct it. Your professional duties still apply on Google.
- Check your system, then tell us yes or no
We ask whether a name, date or treatment matches anyone you have seen. A simple yes or no is all we need. Clinical notes never leave your practice.
- Ask happy patients at the right moment
A short message after a routine check up or a finished course of treatment brings in honest reviews. Never offer money off treatment in return for one.
- Report exposed patient details fast
If a review gives away another patient's details, tell us the same day. It is the one kind of review where speed protects someone other than you.
What stays up
What we will not try to remove.
Genuine reviews from real patients are never removable. We will not try, and we will tell you so.
- A long wait in receptionA real visit, answered privately
- Fees they felt were highFair comment on value
- A clinician they did not click withA genuine opinion
- An appointment hard to getAnswered without naming anyone

Questions owners ask
Practice managers ask us this.
Can I reply saying the reviewer was never our patient?
We advise against it. Saying someone was or was not a patient reveals who uses your clinic. Instead we report the review to Google with the evidence, and keep your public reply general.
Do you need to see patient records?
No. We only ask you to confirm whether a name, date or treatment matches anyone on your system. Clinical notes never leave your practice.
A review names another patient. Can it come down?
A review that shares another person's name with their health details, or their contact details, breaks Google's personal information policy. We file it as a priority. Google makes the final decision, and you pay £100 only if it comes down.
Will you remove a genuine complaint about treatment?
No. A real patient describing their own experience stays up. On the managed plan we answer it within 24 hours, in a reply that protects privacy and shows the next patient you take concerns seriously.
