Managed reviews, £200 a month
Every review answered. Every customer asked.
We look after your Google reviews day to day: replies within 24 hours, review requests to every customer, and a daily watch for attacks. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

What's in the plan
Four jobs, done every day.
Every review answered within 24 hours
Good, bad and in between. Thanks that sound like a person, and calm, specific replies to complaints. We follow your house style and check anything sensitive with you first.
Review requests to every customer
A short, polite request after each visit or job, sent to everyone. Not just the happy ones, because asking selectively breaks Google's rules. No incentives, ever.
Daily attack watch
We check your profile every day for sudden waves of bad reviews or signs of extortion, and act the same day if we see one. What we do in an attack.
Removals, still only on success
Any review that breaks a Google policy is reported for you. Removals are £100 each, invoiced only when Google takes the review down.
Examples of our replies

Where you stand
Where does your rating stand?
Drag to your rating. You'll see your review health, and how many new reviews from real customers it takes to reach 4.5. An illustration, not a forecast.
The month, in practice
What you'll notice, and what you won't.
- You add us as a manager on your Business Profile. No password, and you can remove us at any time.
- We agree a short house style with you: how you sign off, what you never say, and who handles complaints that need a call.
- Replies go up within 24 hours. Anything involving health, money, safety or a legal threat comes to you before we post.
- Every removal case is explained: the policy, the evidence we sent and Google's answer.
- Invoiced monthly at £200. Removals are invoiced separately at £100 each, only once Google removes them.
To stop, email hello@reviewremoving.com with 30 days' notice. No annual contract. See our terms.
