What the £100 covers

Included, and not included.

Included in every removal case

  • Checking the review against Google's published policies
  • Researching the reviewer's history and timing
  • Writing up the evidence and filing under the right policy
  • Follow up, escalation and appeal where the case is sound
  • A written record of the policy, evidence and Google's answer
  • Refiling free if a removed review returns
  • A suggested public reply for reviews that stay up

Not something we do, at any price

  • Reporting genuine reviews from real customers
  • Buying, writing or swapping reviews
  • Contacting or pressuring reviewers
  • Promising a number of removals or a timeframe
  • Legal action. If you need a solicitor, we'll say so
  • Taking your Google password

Invoicing

You're invoiced after Google acts, never before.

For removal cases there is no deposit, no setup fee and no card on file. When Google removes a review we reported, we email you an invoice for £100 with proof: the review link, a note of the date it came down, and Google's response where it gave one.

If a review disappears before we've filed a report on it, there's nothing to pay. If Google keeps a review up after we have tried every route, there's nothing to pay.

Managed reviews are invoiced monthly at £200. Removals for managed clients are still £100 each, invoiced the same way, only on success. There's no minimum term: give 30 days' notice by email and the plan ends. The details are in our terms.

  • No deposit. Nothing to pay to start a removal case.
  • Proof with every invoice. You can check the review has gone before you pay.
  • 30 days' notice, that's all. The only commitment on managed. No annual contract.

Doing it yourself

You can flag reviews for free. Here's the honest comparison.

Google lets any owner report a review, and some owners do it well. What you're paying us for is time and know how, not access to anything secret.

Pricing questions

Quick answers.

Is there anything to pay before a review is removed?

No. Removal cases have no upfront cost. The £100 is invoiced only after Google removes the review, with proof.

What if Google says no?

Then you owe nothing for that review. Where the case is sound we escalate and appeal first, and we tell you when we've run out of routes.

Do I need the managed plan to use the removal service?

No. Most clients start with removal cases only. Managed reviews suit businesses that want every review answered and a steady flow of new ones.

How do I cancel managed reviews?

Email hello@reviewremoving.com giving 30 days' notice. Remove our manager access whenever you like.
