Does your review qualify for removal?
Five yes or no questions, about a minute. You get a straight first read, and if it looks like a case you can send it to us on the same page.

Check a review in a minute
Answer what you know.
Not sure is a fine answer. We look at the review, the reviewer's history and the timing before we give you a yes or a no.
Before you answer
Three things worth checking.
Search your records
Look up the reviewer's name in your bookings, tills or job sheets. No record at all is useful evidence, though people sometimes book under another name.
Look at the reviewer
Tap their name on Google. A new account, one review only, or reviews of your rivals in glowing terms all help tell the story.
Copy the review link
- Find the review on Google Maps.
- Tap the three dots beside it, or Share.
- Copy the link and keep it for your case.
What the result means
A first read, not a verdict.
The checker looks for the most common grounds in Google's policies: never a customer, wrong business, conflict of interest, harassment or personal information, and extortion. There are nine grounds in all, so a review can still qualify even if none of these fit.
If it says this looks like a case, send it to us and we'll confirm by email within one working day. You pay £100 only if Google removes it.
If it says probably not removable, the reviewer is most likely a genuine customer. Genuine complaints get answered, not reported, and a good reply is often worth more than the stars. See how we write them.
Google makes the final decision on every review.
