1. Who we are

Review Removing is a YourFrontDesk service ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@reviewremoving.com. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. "You" means the business that asks us to work on its Google Business Profile.

2. Our services are for businesses

We work with businesses, not consumers. By instructing us, you confirm you are acting for a business and have the authority to agree to these terms on its behalf.

3. Your authority over the profile

You confirm that you own the Google Business Profile we work on, or are authorised by its owner to manage it and to instruct us. You stay the owner of your profile at all times. You can remove our manager access whenever you like, and we will never ask for your Google password.

4. The free first check

When you send us your business link and the reviews that concern you, we reply by email within one working day with our honest view of which reviews may break a Google policy and which don't. The first check is free and creates no obligation on either side.

5. Removal cases

  • We only report reviews on the grounds set out in Google's published policies: spam or fake content, reviewers who were never customers, conflicts of interest such as competitors or current or former staff, harassment or hate speech, personal information, impersonation, reviews of the wrong business, extortion, and illegal content.
  • We do not report genuine reviews from real customers. If we believe a review is genuine, we'll tell you and may suggest a reply instead.
  • You agree that the information you give us about the review, the reviewer and your records is true to the best of your knowledge.
  • Where the case is sound, we follow up, escalate and appeal if Google refuses. We decide when every reasonable route has been used, and we tell you when that point is reached.

6. Fees for removals

  • The fee is £100 for each review that Google removes after we have reported it. There is nothing to pay upfront and nothing to pay for a review that stays up.
  • We invoice only after removal, and every invoice comes with evidence: the review link, the date we confirmed it had gone, and Google's response where it gave one.
  • If a review disappears before we have reported it, there is no fee.
  • If a review you have paid us for reappears, we will report it again at no charge. You never pay twice for the same review.
  • Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them.

7. No guaranteed outcome

Google alone decides whether a review is removed and how long that takes. We cannot guarantee that any review will be removed, how many will be removed, or when. We never promise these things, and nothing we say should be read as such a promise.

8. Managed reviews plan

  • The plan costs £200 a month, invoiced monthly. It includes replying to every review on your profile within 24 hours, sending review requests to every customer, and a daily watch for sudden waves of bad reviews or extortion.
  • Removals for managed clients are charged at £100 each, on the same terms as section 6.
  • Review requests go to every customer, not a selected few, and never offer any reward. You agree to give us customer contact details only where you are entitled to use them for this purpose.
  • Replies follow the house style we agree with you. You can ask us to change or remove any reply we have posted.
  • Either side can end the plan by giving 30 days' notice by email. There is no minimum term beyond that notice period.

9. What we will never do

We will never buy, write, swap or incentivise reviews, contact or pressure reviewers, or ask for your Google password. We may decline or stop any work that would require us to act against Google's policies or the law, including the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

10. Ending our work together

You can stop removal work at any time by telling us by email. Fees remain due for any review Google removes as a result of a report we filed before you told us to stop. When our work ends, please remove our manager access, and we will stop using it in any case.

11. Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to work started after the date at the top of this page, and we'll tell managed clients by email before any change affects their plan.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
